What Your Customers Really Think About Your Eco-Friendly Packaging?
To understand completely how customers perceive eco-friendly packaging, let us have a look at some surveys and studies conducted by the relevant agencies about this packaging type. In 2017, I asked a demographic segment about how they felt about the companies that support environmental issues. Over sixty-five percent of the millennials who took part in the survey reported having bought a product that offers Environmental benefits. Over eighty-five percent thought positively of the companies contributing towards the environmental issues. The result revealed that it also strengthened brand loyalty between the respective brand and its customers.
